    The needle bearing is roller bearing with a cylindrical roller, which is both thin and long with respect to its diameter. In spite of the smaller crosssection, the bearing still has a high load bearing capacity. The needle bearing is equipped with thin and long rollers (roller diameter D ≤ 5mm, L/D ≥ 2.5, L means the length of the roller), therefore its radial structure is compact. When the inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as those of other types, the outer diameter is the smallest, which is particularly suitable for a support structure in which the radial installation size is limited.
     

    Structure type
    This type of bearing has a radial needle and thrust full of ball, or with a thrust ball, or with a thrust cylindrical roller, or with the angular contact ball into one, can withstand unidirectional or two way axial load. Can also be

    HOJE tapered roller bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways between which tapered rollers are arranged. The projection lines of all the tapered surfaces meet at a common point on the bearing axis. Their design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for the accommodation of combined (radial and axial) loads. The axial load carrying capacity of the bearings is largely determined by the contact angle; the larger the contact angle the greater the axial load carrying capacity. Tapered roller bearings are generally separable, i.e. the cone, consisting of the inner ring with roller and cage assembly, can be mounted separately from the cup (outer ring).
    HOJE tapered roller bearings have a logarithmic contact profile that provides optimum stress distribution over the roller/raceway contacts. The special design of the sliding surfaces of the CZPT flange and large roller ends considerably promotes lubricant film formation in the roller end/flange contacts. The resulting benefits include increased operational reliability and reduced sensitivity to misalignment. HOJE Tapered Roller Bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways between which tapered rollers are arranged. Both of which have single and double-row structures. With higher precision than the P5 standard, they have high dimensions and running accuracy accordingly. Tapered roller bearings with high speed and long lifespan are always used in automobiles, Gearbox, the Main shaft of machine tools, Construction Machinery, and Rolling mill equipment.

    – A pressed window-type steel cage, roller centered.
    – An injection molded window-type cage of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6, 6, roller centered.
